We have developed eLearning courses for IFC's master trainer certification program, and worked on studies of eLearning acceptance in developing regions. We have also created instructor-led training for high and low-literacy audiences on retail, farm, and cooperative business management, entrepreneurship, and gender awareness.


At AECOM we developed eLearning courses and business process flows to support the launch of Salesforce, implementations of HR incentive plans, and quality management initiatives. We created templates for Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, created storyboards and scripts, developed content, recorded voice overs, and developed evaluations.


At John Muir Health we lead training development for the implementation of Workday Financials, HCM-Recruiting, and Supply Change Management. Our work encompassed  needs analysis, training strategy, curriculum design, development of instructor-lead and eLearning materials, and end-user training.


At Raley's supermarkets we managed the curriculum for an SAP financial and procurement systems implementation. This included requirements gathering for end-user analysis, training strategy, curriculum development for accounting, procurement, and warehouse courses, eLearning and instructor-led material development, and training delivery.


At Cedar-Sinai we developed eLearning and instructor-led training courses to support the launch of a new job title catalog for Human Resources.


At Clorox we managed the training curriculum for an SAP implementation at the company's Latin America sites. The project involved over 1,500 end users in 12 countries. We assisted with the training strategy and needs assessments, developed and delivered content in English and Spanish, supported super users during testing, developed a train-the-trainer course, and provided post-go-live support.


Drive Change Leadership is a boutique change management consulting firm. We created eLearning courses to support the launch of the company's new digital coaching, training, and reporting solution.


At Disney, we developed eLearning courses to support the implementation of an international tax solution in SAP.


At Nestle we developed end-user training courses in support of an SAP upgrade related to the acquisition of the Dreyer's ice cream business. In addition, we wrote technical documentation for add-on systems that interfaced to SAP.


At the Los Angeles Unified School District, we developed end-user materials to support the implementation of SAP financial accounting, assets, and public sector grants functionality, and delivered training to end-users.


At Warner Bros. we developed end-user training materials for financial and procurrment SAP modules in support of a multi-phased go-live in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We delivered training at client sites in English and Spanish.


At US Customs and Border Protection, we developed training materials to support the implementation of SAP financials and travel management functionality.
